How do I get involved?

If you are a part of an organization or company that would like to make a presentation at an IgniteIt Series event or participate in our Spring showcase, contact us at ignite-it@umich.edu.

Who will be attending?

Our events are mostly catered toward Ann Arbor area startups, accelerators/incubators, and University of Michigan students. However, anyone is welcome and if there’s anything we can do to have you, please let us know!

Will there be recruiting opportunities?

The meetups and showcase are designed to promote Ann Arbor and University of Michigan entrepreneurial resources as well as the work of our guest startups. Some of these organizations may be recruiting, but our project doesn’t focus on connecting talent to positions.

Is this related to OptiMize?

OptiMize is another student entrepreneurship organization on campus that focuses on social entrepreneurship. They are one of our partners and we work with them often, but they are a separate organization.
